We offer a 14 day returns policy on items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Regretfully we are unable to offer returns on earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
We only offer refunds, no exchanges. Refunds apply to full price items only (we are unable to offer refunds on sale items).
When returning an item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you do need to return an item, please email nicola@nicolapaynecreations.co.uk to start the returns process. Once your item has been received and checked, we will contact you by email and process the refund within 5 working days. Refunds are back to the original payment method.
In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or incorrect, or if you have any other issues with your order, please email nicola@nicolapaynecreations.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
